Italian producers
We attach great importance to the origin of our ingredients and favour products which are also used by Pizzaioli from the original regions. For a traditional result at around 1500 metres above sea level in the Alps.
South Tyrolean cuisine
Of course, we also cook fresh dishes from traditional South Tyrolean and typical Mediterranean cuisine for our guests.
Rustic style
Our restaurant is as rustic as the traditional preparation of our pizzas. The rustic style of the restaurant, which is typical of the surrounding area, with small modern lighting accents, rounds off the overall experience.
